I set aside aside 10% of the proceeds from the sale of each item to invest into the business of the artisan that made it.

Areas of improvement are thoroughly discussed. We brainstorm, consult and come up with ways the workshop / business can be improved.

A detailed plan is designed to meet the unique needs of each workshop. Decisions are made and kinks worked out.
IMPLEMENTATION
Plan gets implemented and improvements to the artisan’s workshop / business is completed.
